How to Play

Footgolf is a sport that blends elements of football/soccer and golf, and it’s governed by a simple set of rules to ensure fair play and enjoyment for all participants.

Teeing Off: The game starts from the teeing zone, and players aim to get the ball into the hole on the green zone with the fewest kicks possible.
Playing the Ball: The ball must be played in a single movement without pushing it. Players must wait for the ball to come to rest before taking the next shot.
Order of Play: Similar to golf, the player farthest from the hole kicks first. The order is based on the number of shots taken.
On the Green: Once on the green, players should not stand on another player’s line of putt or cast a shadow over their putt.
Equipment: The only equipment needed is a standard football and appropriate footwear (no footy boots allowed).
Player Conduct: Players are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that includes sportsmanship, safety, and respect for the course and other players.
